A boutique style studio nestled in the heart of Columbia Tusculum. Offering group classes for all who are looking for that feeling of empowerment and strength. Every group session you will be sure to walk out the door feeling accomplished and just all around good. All instructors are passionate about staying active and they will always guide you in the safest yet most effective way that your body needs.

HIIT&Meditate with Lauren
Lauren is my favorite! So upbeat and energetic. I really like the style of this class, with the mix of rejuvenating yoga paired with about 30 minutes of a (hard) HIIT workout. Definitely feel it the next day.

My first time taking this class and Lauren greeted me as soon as I arrived, which was great! I have limitations and wanted to make sure I could work through the class at a pace that was comfortable for my ability and she was very supportive, which helped me feel comfortable in this class. We started with yoga, went into a mostly body weight circuit and finished with balance and stretching. Its like the perfect combo of resetting the body, working it and then stretching!

Obsessed. One of my favorite classes Ive done on classpass so far. Definitely unique - it sounds like the HIIT portion changes weekly but the warm up and cool down is always yoga. Today was: 10 min yoga warm up, 30 min tabata yoga HIIT (HARD), 20 min yoga cool down. Loved Lauren. Very energetic and so much positive energy while still being the calming presence I look for in a yoga instructor. Will definitely be back.

Lauren was hands-down the kindest, warmest instructor I have ever had in any ClassPass class. Great intro to HIIT buffered between yoga. I loved it!

Loved our new instructor! She led a great class. Even though it was definitely full I still felt like the trainers made their way through and offered good corrections. I wish the reps had been less on a few of the exercises so we could have gotten through more cycles. Good way to start off my week.

Pretty challenging. Encouraging instructor. Definitely high energy and intense. Not beginner friendly, very few alternatives presented to he challenging exercises.

Liked the class - five minute run to warm up and then five circuit-type stations with an as many reps as possible style. Challenging. However, there were 20 people in the class and I felt like it was hard for the instructor to correct form and explain the moves (a lot of them were not straightforward). Hoping Im sore tomorrow!

The workout was tough and Drew was helpful making sure I knew each move and had the correct form. Ill definitely be back.
