How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Also, Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email brian@basecampfitness.co or call (424) 343-0555 with this information.

How to get there

We encourage three parking options for our studio. The Hancock Parking Structure which is located on Hancock Ave directly off Santa Monica Blvd is free for the first 60 minutes before 6 PM and conveniently located a block from the studio. Additionally, metered parking is available along Santa Monica Blvd for $1.50 every hour. We also have Valet Parking available in the lot directly behind our studio which is on Westbourne Dr directly off Santa Monica Blvd. Please note that Valet Parking is $4 per Hour.

Class was fine a little messy on the exchanges. Little disappointed that you get zero acknowledgement for hitting 7 miles if you have hit it previously given that is the biggest milestone for this class

Probably my least favorite format but only because the countdowns/time left for each round wasn’t put on the board. Made it kind of hectic to figure out when we were pushing vs recovering.

Great full body workout! The front desk was super accommodating and hospitable. Coach was a great motivator and gave pointers throughout the workout!

Strength: Bell To Bell with Emily
Really friendly staff. They make sure you feel welcomed. There is no warm up so plan some extra time so you can warm up beforehand. Solid strength workout. You never repeat any of the exercises so its hard to really measure or test your strength. Also be warned that you are on an assault bike for half the class. You can ask to do a double floor if you dont want to do the bike. I wish I knew that ahead of time.

What is ClassPass?
