How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Also, Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email brian@basecampfitness.co or call (424) 343-0555 with this information.

How to get there

We encourage three parking options for our studio. The Hancock Parking Structure which is located on Hancock Ave directly off Santa Monica Blvd is free for the first 60 minutes before 6 PM and conveniently located a block from the studio. Additionally, metered parking is available along Santa Monica Blvd for $1.50 every hour. We also have Valet Parking available in the lot directly behind our studio which is on Westbourne Dr directly off Santa Monica Blvd. Please note that Valet Parking is $4 per Hour.

Strength: Sticking Point with Will
Will is awesome. I enjoy each of his classes. He is tough and I always feel challenged while having fun at the same time. He is also great and shows proper form and technique. Looking forward to coming back.

Strength: DROPDOWN with Aaron
Great class for a full body workout!

Dropdown is a great workout where we double up on the muscle groups alternating between heavy and light weights. This not only allows us to build strength and endurance, but it also enables us to activate a higher metabolic intensity when we go lighter on our weights, and higher in the reps, providing a full body strength blast! We are thrilled you got to enjoy this workout, and we hope to see you again for some of our other awesome formats!
Strength: Supercharged 90/15 with Will

Will is a great personal trainer and that reflects in his work at the studio. He is attentive, and encouraging to our members, and guests. All of our trainers are primarily personal trainers, before being group fitness instructors. This allows them to bring their skills, instincts, passion, and encouragement to each person in class, allowing them a personal training experience, in a group setting. We are so pleased you had this opportunity to join us! Check out another format with us soon.
Strength: Stronghold with Will
Class size was around 30 people. Too big & not enough structure. By the time you dodge a sea of people and hit your station, find your weight, and find a free spot, you only have about 30-45 second left of your set. You only do each exercise once, an the class is only 45 min long. Felt like I didnt get the workout I anticipated. Friendly staff & clean studio. Just needs a better system.

We are sorry to hear you did't get what you had hoped from your Basecamp Class. We build a transition time into each round, to give members the opportunity to make their way to the floor, and begin their exercise. Typically this transition is 10 seconds (sometimes it's 15, or 20 seconds depending on the format). The 10 second transition is typically enough to hustle from the cardio bike to the floor. Our workouts are driven by intensity, giving members 35 minutes to conduct a full-body workout with an optional 10 minute abs series at the end. We greatly appreciate your feedback from your experience, and we hope you'll join us again, perhaps on a 90/15 (where we do 90 seconds of work and have a 15 second transition) or a 40/20 (40 work/ 20 transition) format. We also encourage members to slow the bike before the round ends, so they can maximize transition time. Any way we can help your experience next time, please let us know! Power Pull is a really great push/pull format for the upper body. We are really pleased you had a great experience! All of our programming is designed by personal trainers to give our members an opportunity to have a personal training experience in every format, with dynamic movements, functional conditioning, and balanced strength work for an overall wholistic training approach. What is ClassPass?
