About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want to access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

Barry's Bootcamp - Upper West Side is located at 74 W 69th St in Upper West Side, Manhattan. You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class. You will be randomly assigned a floor or treadmill spot by the studio.

Amazing class. I liked the 2 and 2 format instead of 3 and 3. Floor was pretty challenging and did some moves I’ve never done before, but the instructions were pretty clear. Instructor was also very encouraging.

What is ClassPass?
