About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class due to a new check in process. If you arrive with 3 minutes or less to class time, your reservation will be given to a stand by student. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor, however reservations booked on the treadmill may be moved to the floor at the studio's discretion. Thank you for your understanding. Please bring a water bottle or you can purchase one for $2.

How to get there

Street parking is located directly in front of the studio which is $4 an hour. The instructor for the 7:50p class on 7/25 was phenoms. It was my first time here and Ill def be back. He was motivating and also gave good feedback on form. I could see how Barrys can get addicting

What is ClassPass?
