About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class due to a new check in process. If you arrive with 3 minutes or less to class time, your reservation will be given to a stand by student. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor, however reservations booked on the treadmill may be moved to the floor at the studio's discretion. Thank you for your understanding. Please bring a water bottle or you can purchase one for $2.

How to get there

Street parking is located directly in front of the studio which is $4 an hour. Loved this class and the instructor. I’m a horrible runner but I didn’t feel left out at all during this class, joe was amazing! Checking up on me and helping me the whole way!

I was really looking forward to trying Barry’s Bootcamp for the first time since I’ve heard such great things. I was really disappointed with my experience here. As a new person, I couldn’t hear the instructor and what we were supposed to do. I tried following along but other people were having the same issue. It was pretty full with very little room to do any floor exercises. All in all, I wouldn’t go back. It’s not worth the class credits needed to attend.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
