About this studio
Barry’s is a cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to our carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Our clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds. How to prepare
Amenities offered: Men/Women change rooms with showers, complimentary Oribe products, Keyless1 combination lockers, complimentary towel service, a delicious FuelBar, ever-changing branded retail, restrooms, 2 hours free parking validation. Parking entrance is on Argyle - the structure also houses parking for the Pantages Theater, so plan ahead accordingly. Finding a spot may take a few minutes and we want to ensure you make it to class on time.
How to get there
You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class. If you come before 10am, parking is validated for two hours of complimentary parking, giving you extra time to make the most of Barry's great amenities. If you come after 10am, parking is validated for 90 minutes. Grab a smoothie at the Fuel Bar and refresh in the luxurious, spacious changing rooms. See you in the studio!
