About this studio

Barry's Bootcamp is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by their expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch. 857 350 4019

How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through and sign their waiver Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding. The studio is unable to alter reservations to a different time or day. When to arrive to your first class: 15 minutes before

The class is intense. You will sweat, you will grimace and pant. What I didn’t like is how tiny the room is and the little personal space you have. Also taking a point off for not being able to understand what the instructor did on the mic. Please enunciate or don’t have the mic so close to your mouth. That really irked me and I had to figure out what the moves were by looking at the fit guy next to me who seemed to know what he was doing. I may give it a few more gos with different instructors but not sure this is for me yet.

What is ClassPass?
