I’ve been doing classpass for a while; done many of their classes, as well as had personal trainers throughout my life, and had an equinox membership and utilized most of their classes in studio with world class trainers.. I’ve done Barry’s bootcamp probably 3 other times before today. However, this particular full body workout with Mercedes was probably the best workout I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like the red lights and the bumping music pushes me to do more than I otherwise would think I could.

Class was great! Very hard, virtually without breaks, but you have options to push yourself as much or as little as you want. Music/class was upbeat. Sometimes as a first timer it’s hard to know what’s going on because the instructor is constantly yelling upcoming exercises for the floor and treadmill groups, but just look around if you miss something and you’re back on track. Already went to another class!

About this studio

Barry’s is a 55-minute cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend up to 25 minutes running on the treadmill and up to 25 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds. Who is Barry’s for? that’s easy: everyone. Some of their favorite success stories are from folks who had never even stepped on a treadmill before coming to the studio. In fact, “I’m not a runner” is something they hear from almost every first timer. Their workout is carefully crafted to make bodies of all shapes and fitness levels go further than you ever thought possible. With classes focusing on a different body part, it’s easy to build a schedule that helps you meet your goals and work the areas that need a little extra love. Thanks to their superstar trainers, you’ll never get bored.

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
