About this studio

Barry's Bootcamp fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Their program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class. All classes take place in a high-energy and encouraging environment. The dimly lit red studio, motivating music and inspiring instructors will motivate you to run, lift and work harder than ever before.

How to prepare

All first time visitors must fill out a waiver directly through www.barrysbootcamp.com. Click on "Sign In" then "Forgot Your Password?" A password reset email will be sent to your email. Any user who does not sign the waiver will not be permitted inside class. Most nutritionists recommend eating something 30-60 minutes before class to give you enough energy to make it through the workout and the protein to build and tone muscles. Just make sure you don’t get too full.

Class came a little short for me. Not intensive enough and not well structured both on the thread and floor in terms of burnout. Instructor did an okay job explaining exercises but was not enthusiastic or motivational.
