Abs & Ass (50 Minutes) with Alice
Barry's is not well organized or coached. You just sprint and do bodyweight intervals. Coaches barely glance at you, and are mainly just focused on "pumping up" the class. Avoid and reserve somewhere else. You'll get a better workout elsewhere.

This was a basic class with intervals (30 seconds), something I could do by myself at the gym- there was nothing special. Also the hand soap/bath products smell so strongly and were really gross. The class was 17 credits because of “high demand” but there were 8 people in the studio which can hold 3-4 times that. The music was good.

it's a little annoying when the coach says you're not working hard enough because she already worked out today and she's doing it. I ran 10 miles before going to class.

About this studio

Barry's Bootcamp fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Their program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class. All classes take place in a high-energy and encouraging environment. How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through and sign their waiver Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding. The studio is unable to alter reservations to a different time or day.
