About this studio

Barry's Bootcamp fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Their program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class. All classes take place in a high-energy and encouraging environment. The dimly lit red studio, motivating music and inspiring instructors will motivate you to run, lift and work harder than ever before.

How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through www.barrysbootcamp.com and sign our waiver. Most nutritionists recommend eating something 30-60 minutes before class to give you enough energy to make it through the workout and the protein to build and tone muscles. Just make sure you don’t get too full.

I tried Barry’s for the first time and I loved it! It was challenging but I went at my own pace. Ashley checked up on me a few times and was encouraging her. Don’t be intimidated by the workout and if it’s your first time try Ashley!

Greg is so funny! I mean, Barry's will always give you an awesome workout, but he makes you laugh while doing it. By the end of class, everyone, including the men, have a bit of a crush on him.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
