About this studio

Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. Our 60-minute class delivers remarkable results from the inside out. Your instructor will guide you through sustainable holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach leaves you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

How to prepare

Barre3 Vancouver - Camas offers a full changing room, two fully stocked shower, filtered water and towel service. Both bathrooms offer freshening up items for your use. Wear yoga-like attire and bring a water bottle. Sticky socks are optional—bring your own, buy a pair onsite or go barefoot. The studio supplies all props needed. New clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get a studio tour and meet your instructor. Play lounge available with reservation.

How to get there

Barre3 Vancouver - Camas is located on 164th and 15th Street in East Vancouver. The studio is less than a mile north of Highway 14.

Great workout! I was extremely intimidated walking in, but the instructor is super sweet and knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel the least bit self-conscious. She asked about any injuries before we started class, and made it a point to show how to alter positions to relieve pressure and pain and still get a good workout.

Instructor was a bit hard to follow at times and the class didn’t flow as well as usual. That said, she was great with specific instructions for isolated exercises (get into your heels for seat work). The gal at the front was so lovely - she went out of her way to be friendly and welcoming!
