About this studio

Bangkok Fight Lab is one of the city's premier fight sports and martial arts gym. They offer top quality coaching, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and 1000 square meters of premium training area, including a boxing ring, strength and conditioning equipment and 150 square meters of beautiful Flexi-Roll grappling mats. Their facilities include changing rooms with showers, pro shop and healthy, plant based Nourish Cafe. They have Muay Thai, Boxing and BJJ Nogi classes on offer for ClassPass users, all lead by professional and experienced coaches and they and the students are friendly and welcoming. Whether you are looking to get fit and learn new skills, or you are a serious combat sports athlete preparing for your next fight, Bangkok Fight Lab will help you achieve your goals.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and if training MMA or Nogi, nothing with zips or buttons. Please practice good hygiene and ensure nails are short, hair is tied up, jewellery removed, your body clean.

Though this gym does not personally suit my level, it is still a gym with a tight knit community and very experienced, motivating coaches. The coaches gave me personal time to learn the correct form. Definitely recommended for someone with a decent background in Muay Thai.

What is ClassPass?
