Kettlebell with Viviana
The workout was okay. The trainer was more interested in making conversation with the members of the gym. I felt a little neglected as a new comer. Class pass stated it was an hour workout but we ended at 45 minutes.

The instructor called out of work the day I went, so the class was taught by a very nice but much less experienced gym member. Additionally, this place uses bikes which wobble side to side making jumps and climbs difficult to do properly.

Kevin was great with explaining and breaking down movements in the context of boxing an opponent. High energy and great class!

This class wasnt very organized. The teacher just wrote down the plan for the class and watched us as she sat on the floor or completed her own, separate workout. Additionally, she wouldnt correct anyones form. The class is posted as an hour long, but only lasted 45 mins. It felt more like I was guiding myself through the workout. I couldve just done a Kayla Itsines workout routine at home and saved my time and money. I learned nothing. I regret using my class pass towards this class.

What is ClassPass?
