The class was a good cardio workout. The instructor was a little hard to follow because she didn’t always say what was coming up or how many counts we were doing of something.

I loved this class! Kim was really nice and accommodated an injury that I have. I will definitely be taking this one again :)

The Accumulator with Kristen
I really liked how the class was a combination of cardio and weights. I felt like I got a great workout in! The instructor was awesome and easy to follow along with. However, I wish the weight exercises were mixed up a little bit more. We did rows and only addd on bicep curls with an OH press and then renegade rows. Maybe add a couple more upper body exercises to round it out like chest and triceps. Other than that it was great, and I will definitely go back!

It was ok. It was a very chill yoga class but the instructor was kinda yelling like she was leading a weight lifting class which I personally didn’t find enjoyable.
Thighs, Butts & Guts with Kim
Great instructor who demonstrated the moves and pushed you to do just that one more rep. Challenging but fun class. Really felt the workout in my thighs, butt, and gut!
Barre-Pilates Core with Lauren
great class! great effective workout, buy also was low impact for my bad knee . instructor was very friendly and offered great modifications for beginners. I will definitely be back! P.S., the bathroom there is awesome!

This class was SO fun! The instructor creates a great energy and keeps the choreography simple and high energy. It was a great work out!

What is ClassPass?
