The instructor was very nice and positive environment! The class was shorter than expected though and not as intense as expected.

Great work out with Katie ! She explains and demonstrated all the moves. I like the IMOMS with half ISO incorporated.

Fantastic workout, sore in a great way the next day! Aside from a seriously productive workout, I was very impressed by the environment here. I am always so intimidated by gyms, but the staff and the other people attending the session were all very kind and welcoming. Aaron was so nice and took the time to give me a tour and give demonstrations of the equipment that I was unfamiliar with. I am very short and he adjusted some of the equipment for my size so I didnt have to struggle with it. Very motivating and supportive place to be, I would highly recommend this gym, especially to women who may want to work on strength but are too intimidated by standard gym atmospheres (like me). Will absolutely be back again!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
