GROUNDED AERIAL BUNGEE with Tamysen
Such a fun class and Tamysen is a super enthusiastic and supportive teacher! Only negative is that I have bruises on my side, inner thighs and stomach from the pulling/chafing of the harness so be sure to wear clothes that won’t slide and fully cover you.

How to prepare

For Lyra, Cube, Trapeze, Aerial Yoga, Rope, Hammock & Silks please wear leggings - no slippery clothing & a short sleeved shirt that covers your arms. For Pole class you should wear shorts, boy shorts or booty shorts and a tank, tee shirt, sports bra or bra top. Shoes are always optional - but we do love them! For Stretching, Contortion & BUTI Yoga classes wear what ever you are comfortable moving in but realize you can SWEAT a lot in these classes so less is more & layers work well. No lotions or jewelry.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
