    Great class easy going. Perfect for a Sunday. Originally booked this class for the sound bowls but there was a cancellation. Still enjoyed it! Also the tea after the class was so warming. Definitely left more zen :)

    Cardio Strength Fusion

    This was one of Francarlos greatest classes yet! This workout was super refined and specific to the targeted muscle groups using strategic cyclic reps of weights, cardio, natural body weight and some Pilates infusion. He offered multiple modifications so the class was inclusive to all abilities/ages. He stopped to physically demonstrate proper form for deadlifts and squats which I noticed helped people out/ boosted confidence. This is an instructor who doesn’t tell you to simply do something, but shows you how to do it first. Highly recommend this friendly class.

    Kristina is an amazing instructor! I was the only one for a 6am class so it was a more personalized yoga session. She made sure to correct my form and gave alternatives to make things more/less challenging. And the facilities are very clean and pleasant. Would recommend!

    Susan is a great instructor! Gives lots of feedback and her classes are tough! Today at the studio they were promoting Shakeology which I found was quite uncomfortable. I go to classes to maintain my health--I don't want to be sold a supplement that has no place in a healthy diet. Awkward :/
