I actually enjoyed it being heated because I did sweat a little. This instructor focused more on balancing. My favorite part was, towards the end, when we were doing some final stretches and breathing on our backs, the instructor placed a cold towel with some essential oil on each person's forehead. This is entirely optional, but was very refreshing.

For those that don't know, there are multiple TV screens denoting what Round you are on. I do have a dance background so I found this workout challenging but overall great way to wake up and warm up for the day. The parking lot is shared with fresh market so if you come later in the day, it will be easier to parallel park farther away. At 10:30AM on a Monday there was still parking available. Will absolutely be back to try more classes.

If you know anything about 9Round, you know that in one round, you normally get to work with one of the trainers and the owner just happened to be the trainer that day. He is passionate, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He doesn't make you feel like a first-timer and builds you up when he works with you. I will definitely be coming back.
