see all reviewsI didn’t expect this class to be so tough! There were only three of us, and the trainer was engaged and great about correcting form. We did a mix of body weight, TRX, and kettlebell work, with a good mix of HIIT cardio and weighted movements. The warm up alone had me gasping! The other two participants were friendly regulars who assured me that this class has gotten progressively harder lol
