You have to arrive AT LEAST 15 min before so you can sign in, lock your stuff, purchase hand wraps ($12), get help wrapping your hands, rent the gloves ($10), learn what 1 2 3 4 5 6 means, and fill up your water bottle. We warm up and got to hitting the punching bag. There’s some standard work outs in between and at the end and time to cool down. Instructors were a bit fast but very helpful and the staff was welcoming. Would try again!

Just know this isn’t an intense workout, more for fun as her breaking down the moves (which is helpful!) doesn’t really allow heart rate to stay consistently high. I wish this class was offered more often and a bit amped up for better workout but still, a great mood boost!
