The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

see all reviewsLove Jenny’s sequencing and flow class. The studio is lovely and all the instructors and workers are very kind. The yoga studio isn’t tooo hot so it’s bearable and the room is large so it doesn’t feel cramped.
