Amazing class! Chris' instructions were really helpful in getting deeper into each position. I felt challenged and rejuvenated after this class

    Outdoor MINT Yoga

Great class! They were right outside the Rec Center doors but the stairs from the soccer field. It was just the right speed for me since I’m just getting back into the swing of things. Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

    The Grateful Yoga

Loved Jesses eclectic music, overall approach and encouragement in this class! And the space is beautiful and calming. The pace of this class is relatively fast, and the sequences are diverse (not repeating the same series all of class), so I would not recommend it for those newer to yoga or those looking for a gentler class.

Great intermediate flow. I didn’t realize Corepower is heated, but it was comfortably warm, not oppressively hot. I definitely sweat more than during a typical yoga class. Charles was approachable and encouraging. There were a couple times where it was hard to hear him over the music, but I’ll definitely return! #ClassPassInsider

I am so happy that they added another level 2 class. The class moves faster than the level one and you get to do more flips and advanced moves. Sarah is a fantastic teacher and I plan to keep coming!

Really liked the flow. It was challenging (only my third or so CPY2 class), but something I can aspire to build to. Johnee has a great energy and made class lighter. About halfway through, I forgot all about the heat :)

    Power Flow

That class was *very* full but I appreciated he laid out studio mats as placeholders for everyone. It prevented chaos and ensured everyone had equal space. As to the class itself, we learned a new headstand from second series. So glad I went.

Yoga sculpt is my favorite format and Sally is a great teacher. I’ve had her before and she’s really great at projecting her voice, saying names when you have good form and great playlists.

Cory is great. Lots of adjustments, which I appreciate. This is not a Vinyasa class, though. We did almost the entire Ashtanga series! I really liked it, though it was a little too fast moving. Not a ton of deep stretching. Studio was very warm.

Instructor and class were great (your music is great so turn it up!). The Georgetown CPY studio staff were very friendly, but the studio itself was not very clean. The shower had hair all over it and it’s metal door was rusting. Also none of the bathroom stalls had been cleaned in a while.

    Lunch Flow (VACCINATION REQ)

Wow, this is one of the best flow classes Ive ever taken. The studio is beautiful and photos dont do it justice. Incense is burning and the instructor played the harmonium gently then had an 80s playlist during flow. Ill definitely be back!

IN STUDIO (vax) || Cardio Barre

Great barre class at a yoga studio! Since it’s not a barre studio, there aren’t actual ballet barres to use (either use a wall or do stuff in the room center). But you use weights and balls. I’ve been twice and like that it’s different each time and seems like a good work out. I appreciate the instructor makes corrections too, when your form is off. #ClassPassInsider
