see all reviewsBlake is an excellent instructor. His flows feel very thoughtful and coherent and they’re challenging in a satisfying way. That said, the classes here are just WAY TOO HOT. I overheard the instructor telling the front desk that he thought the class might have been too hot so I’m thinking the temp wasn’t within his control? I hope the studio considers lowering the temp a bit because I don’t really think there’s any added benefit to making the classes suffocatingly hot.

This was a new style of class where Coach Jason incorporated more conditioning exercises to supplement boxing- I do wish there was still more instruction for boxing form and technique even if the focus was different today. Can’t wait to go back!

New location in the Westin Bonaventure is frozen in time! Excellent spot for an 80s or 90s spa film location. Overall it’s a relaxing space in need of a little more new life. The service remains high quality and very accesible in terms of price/credits. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and it’s an excellent choice in the area.
