see all reviewsKaleena always comes prepared with a great lesson plan, she gives great cues, uses imagery and has a good since of humor. Today we did a lot of side body work and used the fitness ball as well as some 2lbs weights. She always keeps it moving but also makes time for a few stretches in between exercises and gives modifications for injuries as well as advanced progressions. I always look forward to taking her Pilates class and love her 80’s & 90’s pop/alternative play list to.
