    Love these circuits so much! Suggestion: clack should allow 30 seconds for groups to meet and figure out which exercise each person should be on. There was some confusion and we had an extra person doing the wrong exercise so others were just standing around. 30 seconds is not long for each move so best not to waste time!     Liana is a great instructor. She takes the time to be serious and improve your form but also jokes around to make being there comfortable. She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers.
