Even in tough positions, he can make a smile appear on my face, which makes the class even more fun. I loved how, at the end of this class, he added some time to play with a pose (if we wanted to) before easing into savasana. After this class, I felt so energised and calm. Would definitely recommend for yoga practitioners who love a challenging and new vinyasa flow! :)

Drink genoeg tijdens de dag (zodat je niet naar je waterfles hoeft te grijpen tijdens), kleed je niet te warm en respecteer de yoga en teacher 🙏🏻!
