I have done a few yoga classes in the past so I’m by no means familiar with many things but I found the class was beginner friendly with many opportunities to add complexity. Would recommend. 90 minutes passes quicker than you may think and instructor was very down to earth and clearly talks you through everything (and without taking things too seriously). The heat is great and some guys come dressed just in yoga shorts. Do with this info as you please.
