75 Minute Flow + Restore
see all reviewsChris is a great teacher. Just be prepared for very detailed instruction and holding each pose for a bit. He's a very active coach who speaks a lot during class. (This does not mean he's annoying at all. It just may not be the kind of class some Y7 yogis are looking for.)

see all reviewsThis class is incredible. Focused on really effective and challenging postures and felt so sweaty and refreshed after. Bonus: the towels are included and a cold eucalyptus towel was given at the end!

see all reviewsThis is indeed the hardest P57 class structure, get ready to burn and sweat, it was awesome! Will def be back. I do agree that class transitions are too rushed, classes are back to back and could benefit from a 10 min cleaning buffer.

see all reviewsThis was my first time at Heatwise, and I loooved the practicing with Amy !!! I also loved the flow. Sometimes I felt like the flow went a little too fast for hot yoga, but that did not take away from my experience. So fun and refreshing !! Notable mention to the bidet in the bathroom ! Hahaha

see all reviewsThis class was intense and challenging, even as a consistent pilates attendant. Courtney was very descriptive and made accommodating modifications for each pose. She also checked in with each of us individually after class which I greatly appreciated. High recommended this class and her specifically.

see all reviewsBlake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!

see all reviewsBarry is a well of knowledge and an awesome instructor. I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility. I was completely intrigued and challenged in the best way. I will recommend this class! Thanks Barry. See you again!

see all reviewsEleve Sculpt is the best class on the UES! It’s so clear that Katya loves what she does and that energy radiates into the class. The workout is killer, but so enjoyable as you’re motivated every step of the way. Not having any type of a dance background (or rhythm!) I was really nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but once I saw how positive the energy was in the class, those fears quickly went away. I couldn’t recommend Eleve enough (and who doesn’t love supporting a small woman owned business!)! I will absolutely be returning!
