Weight lifting
see all reviewsStructure of the class is a group warmup, the introduction and demo of exercises, everyone does the exercises at their own pace/time, then regroup for a final cool down. I loved the one-on-one attention for the heavy lifts and the form corrections. Really solid workout for a 45 minute class and an overall relaxed environment. Instructor was great and encouraging too!
