    This has definitely been the best class I’ve taken on ClassPass. Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

My only critique is that I wish she slowed down the timing a bit. I didn’t have enough time to complete the full set of 12 without feeling really behind the rest of the class.     Not many PTs offering services on Classpass, especially at an affordable price. Been seeking more personalized workouts and accountability. Maya was welcoming and professional. Set up an efficient workout on the spot based on my weaknesses (lower abs and glute activation). I workout 5 times a week (gym and hiit classes), but this session introduced me to a missing piece. She believe in a holistic approach and had great actionable advice and tips to all my questions. Clean gym space. Definitely recommend.
