I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

see all reviewsI loved Ella! She’s such a gem! This was my first time taking an interval class at studio 3 and she was a great intro! If you’ve taken orange theory, this is the same thing minus the heart rate monitor. Her playlist is fire, space is very clean and instructions were very clear! Even when I was confused she came and helped me out and the people around me too. After class we had a chat about nutrition and my fitness level on my 75 hard journey. Loved her!

Natalia is an amazing instructor and really takes her time to help guide you so it’s not a class where a someone is shouting out the instructions and you’re doing your best to keep up. It is especially helpful for someone like me who struggles with purely auditory directions, and she will always ask permission before touching you for folks that may be touch sensitive.
