see all reviewsI loved the instructor's energy and music helped a lot in matching the vibes, although it was tensed class considering the old injuries I have but I didn’t feel pain or anything during it and I was laughing and smiling at the instructor funny comments. I challenge myself sometimes to push my limits and do more and this class was definitely one of the classes that boosted my fitness level. I only have one suggestion for the instructor to be in the middle so we all can see her cuz my spot was near to the door and I had to pause and look over or copy the ones close to me. Thank you so much!

One thing is that you have to wipe after yourself, and usually I trust the studio to do it more than the clients - as you never know if it was done thoroughly. The cloths they provide are not disposable, which also puts the hygiene aspect in question relatively. I had some trouble finding parking and unfortunately arrived late for my class, but the receptionist was incredibly understanding and helpful. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.
