Even one of my classmates commented on how tough the class was, but we both enjoyed the challenge and left feeling accomplished. Highly attentive for form and posture, making timely corrections throughout the class to help everyone move safely and effectively. My only struggle was that my brain completely checked out once I got tired, but PB patiently kept me on track. Challenging, motivating, and definitely a class I'll keep coming back to.
