Safety & cleanliness

Safety guidelines are provided by Pilates Lab and were last updated on 9/25/24.

Extra sanitation

All our equipment is being sanitized before and after each class (or usage during our circuit classes); in addition to that, our studios are professionally cleaned twice a day and we also use robotic cleaning devices. You may purchase your very own reformer mat, straps and socks.

Limited capacity

For your comfort and safety, our reformer classes are restricted to a maximum capacity of 7 participants, while our mat-based and dance classes have a capacity of 15 participants. .

Equipment policies

For your maximum comfort and safety, we recommend you to purchase one of our special reformer mats and straps. Please, wear anti-slippery socks.
