Lovely balance of simple yoga poses with expert instructor and sound effects all in the beautiful Grace Cathedral. I’ve attended both on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Never disappoints! All levels are welcome. Great for bringing visitors from out of town! Very impressive!
