see all reviewsChris was very welcoming and the flow was fun. He doesn’t know this but it was my first class in over a year after being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer. It was really difficult for me; Chris said all the right things to get me in a good headspace to practice. 🙏

see all reviewsReally nice studio. Felt clean and well run. I LOVED that I didn’t have to bring a mat or be charged for one. I liked that there was no technology in the studios, though there were definitely lots of people taking photos in the lobby. The complementary teas were a great touch. Instructor was good. And I really appreciate how there were no mirrors or music playing, allowed me to really focus on the practice.

see all reviewsGood instruction and a good mix of everything — Oms to start class, flows that focused on deepening the stretch and breathing into the pose, some power/heat inducing poses, and a bit of time to play around with trying to go aerial without feeling intimidating

see all reviewsSo relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

see all reviewsI really liked the instructor! His voice was super calming and he felt super knowledgeable. I enjoyed the yin poses we held - not too hard and painful like some yin classes can be. The studio is super cute, but not sure how I felt about the loft set up. I accidentally walked in when the previous class was in svasana and didn’t know if I should wait outside.
