    I like Baylee's classes. Good music and a fun workout, needs a little more explanation on the floor exercises though. They need to fix the treadmills, mine had a delay reaction so I couldn't get a full 30 second sprint. I'll go to Barry's again only when Baylee is teaching.

    High Fitness [All Levels]

    This class is welcoming for all body types and movement levels. Chloe also offers modifications if needed and I got a great sweat at the end of class. Chloe has such happy energy, is consistent with each move, and positively pushes us to finish through each song. There were 7 of us in class and we were in the smaller studio opposite of the Drenched class, which was enough room.

    Iyengar Yoga

    Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

    Ving Tsun Kung Fu Introduction

    Physical 100 brought me here. I wanted to expand my fitness repertoire. Victor was very knowledgeable and patient. He taught me about leg stability and balance when striking and/or defending. This is a very technical class, which I prefer over combat cardio classes. Victor is very attentive and his instructions are clear. The doing part is just not exactly easy lol. Hopefully one day I can skillfully use the Wing-Chun dummy. Thanks again Victor!
