Deep Stretch Flow (Red Light Therapy)

Taking this class at Upeksha was truly a magical experience. The space itself felt almost otherworldly, with a soft, glowing energy that instantly wrapped around me the moment I walked in. There was something strangely ethereal about it, like stepping into a sacred little portal tucked away from the rest of the world. The atmosphere was warm, grounding, and charged with a quiet kind of magic that made everything feel intentional and alive. Jade held the room with such grace and presence, guiding us in a way that felt intuitive and healing. It wasn’t just a yoga class—it was a full-body, full-heart experience that left me feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected than I have in a while.

    Beginner Tai Chi

I attended the beginner Tai Chi class and found it to be very relaxing and informative. By the time I left I felt like I had completely let go of my worries and racing mind and was so much more present. I wasn’t sure what to wear but comfortable clothes and socks are fine. No shoes required. You don’t get sweaty as it’s a slow moving class. (Only the Sunday morning classes are outside)

    Mornin'Flow Saturdays

A class and instruction like I've never experienced in my 15+ years of on and off yoga practice. I tried new things. My body feels length and ease. I left feeling grateful.
