see all reviewsI have now been to the studio and for Sam’s classes for a few months and it’s helping me get back in shape after an injury and not actively exercising for a while. What I really like is that in addition to core strengthening which is typical for Pilates, there is focus on glutes, arms and legs, which I feel is giving me more strength and stability through all muscle groups. I also like that the classes are typically not over full and Sam takes the time to walk around the class helping make adjustments to posture and giving helpful feedback. Additionally, not being a morning person, I love the class at 10 AM which for me still leaves enough of the day to do other things but it’s not a super early morning wake up.
