Laryssa was very encouraging and really pushed us! Loved the intimate size of the class so Laryssa was able to provide corrections on my form as needed. Will definitely be back for other classes!

Lovely class!! There’s PUPPIES. How can you go wrong!? Sierra did a great job of teaching even with the distractions. Still got a nice stretch in and got to cuddle with the pups after! This is a rescue so they really care about their mission. Give them love!

    Pilates

I have now been to the studio and for Sam’s classes for a few months and it’s helping me get back in shape after an injury and not actively exercising for a while. What I really like is that in addition to core strengthening which is typical for Pilates, there is focus on glutes, arms and legs, which I feel is giving me more strength and stability through all muscle groups. I also like that the classes are typically not over full and Sam takes the time to walk around the class helping make adjustments to posture and giving helpful feedback. Additionally, not being a morning person, I love the class at 10 AM which for me still leaves enough of the day to do other things but it’s not a super early morning wake up.

Small group so it felt comfortable as a first-timer. Rachel was very attentive yet doesn’t put anyone on the spot. You can feel her passion for dance. Amazing instructor! Unfortunately just ran out of time at the end. Studio itself is nice too.
