    Studio was so clean and beautiful! There are lockers and showers and a small lounge area serving tea. Johanna was great and very encouraging. I also liked how attentive she was and would give your posture. No other instructor had told me I was doing the downward dog incorrectly until she pointed it out.

    I loved my Reformer Flow session with Mahsa! She was clear, encouraging, and made sure everyone had good form throughout. The hip and core exercises were challenging but felt amazing.     Andre’s beat class is always amazing. Great music, fun choreo, clear instruction and always on beat. I’ve tried lots of instructors at many studios and Andre’s definitely one of the best. You can tell he puts effort into making it a great class. The room is good too— not too dark and the bikes are spaced out well. Headphones let you control the volume so I don’t ever leave here with ringing ears💕

    I really enjoyed this class. I am shocked at how my emotions reacted after on the car ride home. I burst into tears from all the release from the class. It was a really surreal experience. I consider myself a really tough person so it was a surprise to me. Otherwise the class itself wasn’t too hard on someone who isn’t flexible at all. It was a small and intimate setting. There were mats already on the floor so you don’t have to bring one which is awesome. The place smelt so nice like a spa (not too overwhelming) and they have a water fountain. The teacher was so lovely and kind and had a really beautiful approach to the class with humming and a little bit of breath work. I can’t wait to go back.

    Great workout, great class. I was a bit lost at first (instructions about rotations/class format could have been clearer for first timers) but once I settled into the workout, I enjoyed it a lot.
