You can tell she really cares about everyone in the class, no matter their level. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the moves correctly and safely. Plus, her energy is so motivating—it makes you want to give your best every time. Mahsa creates such a welcoming vibe; it’s clear she genuinely wants everyone to feel good and reach their goals. She’s patient, encouraging, and just overall such a caring person. If you haven’t taken her class yet, you’re seriously missing out!

The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.
