One comment tho not related to the class itself, but I wish Sukha yoga didn’t allow people to be shirtless. Some people’s BO can be very overpowering..

see all reviewsFun class! The warmth made it a nice subtle sweat but not too overpowering. I enjoyed the instructors straight forward approach and quirky, funny comments. It was a very full class so it did make it a tad cluttered with all the different equipment around the mat and limited space. I can see why it’s such a busy class though! 🙂

see all reviewsI've done reformer at larger studios and I personally loved that this reformer class was more intimate. I've really enjoyed Katherine's classes, Barre and Reformer Flow. The workout itself is amazing, leaves you shaking, and she's very good at going around to ensure proper form and to give you that little boost of confidence. Will definitely add this to my routine at Loft!

see all reviewsPardis is hands down my favorite reformer instructor at Women's Fitness. She takes the time to clearly explain each movement and emphasizes proper form, which helps prevent injuries—something I’ve noticed isn’t always a priority with other instructors at this gym. She also has a great understanding of spring tension, striking the perfect balance between challenge and control. Unlike some instructors who just default to the heaviest springs, she adjusts them thoughtfully to suit the workout. It’s this attention to detail that keeps me coming back to her classes.

see all reviewsWow this class was challenging!!! But in a good way. The heat added an extra element of challenge for me. I would not recommend this class for a brand new beginner, but as someone that has done flow style yoga for a few months, I think it was suitable. There were some opportunities for inversions (headstands, crow, wheel) which was above my skill level but Aldrin offered modifications to make each pose more challenging.

see all reviewsClass itself was great! Good and fun flow that kept building. I appreciated that they tried to make it full service with mats laid out, but I was glad I brought my own. These were NOT yoga mats but Pilates mats, and many attendees were slipping and sliding and could not balance. I overheard someone say they had an ankle injury. Well, these mats will definitely cause joint pain, as soft squishy mats are not meant for yoga.

It’s a very unique space, with TV’s everywhere of what you’re doing, including a countdown timer, someone demonstrating the movements, and something that shows how far through the class you are. Never seen that before. Instructor was welcoming and explained all my questions. I’m not sure how often the communal mats and props are deep cleaned, and there’s no real music to the class, so those would be potential growth areas. But I’ll be back!
