I’ve tried lots of instructors at many studios and Andre’s definitely one of the best. You can tell he puts effort into making it a great class. The room is good too— not too dark and the bikes are spaced out well. Headphones let you control the volume so I don’t ever leave here with ringing ears💕

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. I am shocked at how my emotions reacted after on the car ride home. I burst into tears from all the release from the class. It was a really surreal experience. I consider myself a really tough person so it was a surprise to me. Otherwise the class itself wasn’t too hard on someone who isn’t flexible at all. It was a small and intimate setting. There were mats already on the floor so you don’t have to bring one which is awesome. The place smelt so nice like a spa (not too overwhelming) and they have a water fountain. The teacher was so lovely and kind and had a really beautiful approach to the class with humming and a little bit of breath work. I can’t wait to go back.

It was a great workout without too much impact, and Eleanor was good at demonstrating and explaining the moves. I will definitely be back! One comment though - the room was quite cold today, they should turn the heat up a bit on chillier mornings.

I was a bit lost at first (instructions about rotations/class format could have been clearer for first timers) but once I settled into the workout, I enjoyed it a lot. Instructor was helpful to modify and exercise I was struggling with and gave good form cues. I loved that there were complex movements - good for experienced lifters. Will be back!

see all reviewsLeaving a 5 star rating because it’s a new studio and it’s clear that they put in a lot of effort into the business, but I found the loud music overwhelming and uncomfortable for a yoga class, and the instructor’s energy felt more fitting to an aerobics/boot camp class. It seems like this is intentional and that this studio wants to teach yoga differently but I was expecting something more lowkey and quiet. Really nice space though.
