    TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

Great class! Loved the music and the studio is great now that the renovations are done! Some of the flow and cueing could be better in going with the beat and having moves explained or demoed beforehand. Really enjoyed the burn overall

Quite a spacious studio! Kyle was kind and helpful - great class. The parking area in front of the studio was full, so I was initially confused as to where to park, ended up parking on the street. Also, no phone were allowed in the class, so I left mine at the front in a small basket.

First of all I love that the classroom is filled with natural light. The instructor seems experienced and caring. He encourages but also gives options at the same time. The class was challenging and interesting. The amenity was ok. Change room and showers were clean. However, there were only two clean towels and I couldn’t find hair dryer.

I did not expect barre to be so hard! I was for days after. The music was fun, the instructor had great energy and enjoyed the modifications on exercises. I will say though, the room used for barre can get a little hot despite it not being a heated room.

Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

This class was intense but in a good way. The instructor was great, and was really helpful with providing gentle corrections to ensure safety and also to enhance the burn. So glad I discovered PiBarre with Amanda! I’ve been trying so hard to find a prenatal friendly workout and so happy I found this. The class is deceptive - looks easy but it is most definitely not. It BURNS all of those small muscles! I never thought I’d ever be doing Barre, but this class definitely doesn’t require you to be a graceful dancer. Can’t wait to explore more classes with Amanda!

It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
