    barre3 Signature 60

Alex Poole was the best instructor at barre3 so far! I love how she focuses on form and made it such a fun class. Only thing I’ll say is the space was a bit too cold so during breathing ex’s at the end, it felt like I was breathing cold air and wasn’t relaxing.

Good class! It would be good if the instructor could be in to middle of the room or if the mats were faced her rather than towards each other just so you could see the moves better.

Mahsa is AMAZING! There’s no other instructor I go to at Wicked Barre because she’s just that good. She switches up the workouts between classes and is really helpful in explaining the moves, and even gets on my reformer to show me how to do them properly. She always tries to push you to advance movements if you can, and makes class fun! 10/10 recommend, I’ve gotten sooo much stronger since I started going to Mahsa’s classes 🤍🤍🤍

Hot Amazing Arms and Shoulders level 1/2/3

This was an awesome class, the instructor was clear with his directions, had different levels and let us go at the pace we felt comfortable with but the people around you really motivated you to do better and push. The studio is clean and welcoming. The one down fall is the lack of change rooms, I just put my clothes over my sweaty workout clothes in the lobby where pedestrians could see me which is a little uncomfortable, but it would take forever to wait for the only change room , but overall, will 100% be back.

This class was amazing! Really great to open up the tight hip & sit muscles, build core strength, and flow at a nice gentle pace. Melinda was great with scanning the class and giving corrections when necessary. The meditation and sound bath were amazing experiences that I have been searching for in a yoga studio. 10/10

    MOBILITY & STRETCH

This class was really fun and focused a lot on posture, stamina, and mind-body connection. There’s a variety of age ranges here so I’m sure it’s not as intense as some might be looking for, but as 27-year old former cheerleader I still found it challenging enough that I was out of breath and had to put my weights down a few times! Definitely worth a visit and terry is so full of energy and positivity he really makes the time go by quickly!
