    Brand new studio, so get in now before the word gets out! I was the only attendee of my 6:30 pm class today, and it was no joke. Isaiah is super knowledgeable and designs his workouts to cater to his participants, ensuring that they get the best workout possible, dont injure themselves, and use proper form at all times. No slacking and no hiding! You will sweat and burn and be pushed to your limit, wherever you are in your fitness journey. The workout itself is a mix of bike hills and sprints ranging from 1 to 5 minutes in length, HIIT exercises and core work. Showers available. Be sure to bring a lock for your personal belongings!

    Fun as always- even better now that it's getting warmer! We did lots of push-ups, squats and lunges right near the fountain in Bryant Park. Today we mixed it up by working in teams of 4, then 8, then the whole group and then did an enduro-challenge where we half of us did 75 bicycles while the other held plank (we split them up by alternating twice :)).

    Amazing full body workout! My legs feel like jello lol. The trainer, Corbin, has such positive & uplifting energy! The music selection really helped keep my energy up too - which was necessary because the workout was definitely challenging. There were people of all levels in this class and Corbin made sure each workout was appropriate & challenging for everybody. Nice studio, good size, with lots of mirrors so you can see what you’re doing. Definitely would recommend this class!
