see all reviewsIt was exactly what I needed. Different from yoga (which I couldn't find any that wasn't boring). "Oh my Stretch" focuses on mobility and increasing flexibility, without the repetitiveness and long boring poses. No cardio, no HIIT, no strenght training. Only flexibility and mobility. Perfect. The class is in Dutch in my experience. I don't know if they would switch to English if needed.

see all reviewsReally loved this class, it was harder and more intense than it looked at first, because the explanation was detailed and included instructions on how to breathe etc. The instructor was great, knowledgeable, gave detailed instructions and paid a lot of attention to proper form, making sure we did the movements correctly. Excellent! I’m only visiting The Hague for a short trip, but I would love to take this class regularly. Thank you!

see all reviewsTeacher super friendly and calm. I liked the lesson a lot, although it didn’t feel like flow yoga to me (this lesson was very slowpaced and with a lot of stretches). The room is OK, but unfortunately you hear the road quit loudly. All in all would come back! Thank you Ashfaq.
