Strength Flow 45
see all reviews5 stars bc I appreciate Bondi. To give an honest review though…. Nita is guiding the sequence in a specific rhythm that is really awkward to me…. It might help to make the pose clear first (for example just the pose name, and explain the movements after) What happens now though, repeatedly introducing the standard poses veeeery slow like “and this time we’re gonna….” as if there was a new element coming up. But instead then slowly lay out basic steps of same pose again. For a beginner’s class this is probably helpful, but for intermediates it’s rather confusing and it’s really ‘interrupting’ flow! The name ‘Strength-flow’ was therefore a bit misleading… but I’m sure a lot of people enjoy Nita’s classes and her particular tempo.

see all reviewsLoved the energy of the class and the teacher. The class was not really a barre class, but a Pilates variation, in my opinion. It was a nice class nevertheless. Loved it and I had fun
If you're looking for a studio with high quality classes that are as challenging…Slo-Mo Pilates
see all reviewsThe class was fun and Aigua instruction was clear. You will feel the burn for the 1/2 half of the class then gentle stretch towards end the class. It is a good class to go to end your day with some exercise and stretch before sleep. 💜
