Mike took the time to help make sure I could use the equipment correctly and during the class checked in to see if I was OK. The class was in pairs and my workout buddy helped me navigate the equipment and class. During class others had a chat, being positive and welcoming. Even after class walking home another class member stopped for a chat and welcome encouragement. I’d highly recommend this as a place where you can get a fantastic workout and meet a positive and welcoming community.
