About this studio

Studio 1 is P.E. Dept.’s action packed functional training studio, where you will find personal freedom as well as structured classes. This is a place where members are treated like family, where you will kick goals and continually be encouraged to challenge yourself. This is an environment where you will laugh, learn, sweat and make new connections with team mates who share the common goal of living a healthier life. An arsenal of diverse equipment and possibility awaits.

Good class but the trainer doesnt help with anything, just chats to the regulars the whole time. If you can motivate yourself youll be all good.

Great class but trainer seemed to only talk to existing members vs helping new people learn techniques
Gym Time
The gym itself is really nice but you require a swipe to get into the gym and on a Saturday at 10am the desk was not manned so myself and another class pass member were locked out for 20mins before we went around to studio to to find someone to let us in. Might suggest giving class pass goers a code to get in?

The class was good and the instructor was lovely. I find that every time I've done a class here, the trainers talk to the regulars throughout the class and give newbies less attention. It can feel a little clique-y. If you're happy to fly under the radar and push yourself this is fine but I prefer to have the trainer encourage me a little too. Otherwise I enjoy the classes.

class was ok but rather rushed. Instructor doesn't ask if you have injuries. Very nice gym and facilities but not as much coaching and guidance as I expected

What is ClassPass?
