The best thing about the experience was the instructor Emily . She was amazing start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and encouraging everyone to get what they wanted from the class. Her energetic yet very calming persona really shone and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in what I was doing. I will definitely be recommending Emily’s class to my friends and I absolutely will be back!!

The energy in the room was quite flat to begin with for some reason but Liz did SUCH an amazing job raising everyone’s spirits and by the end of the class everyone was laughing along to Shakira and wiggling our hips. Such a skill to do! Left feeling so energised. Will definitely be back! :)

I have never called myself a runner, and have never felt like running in my life but decided one night to give this a go. I would recommend anyone looking to start running but doesnt want to do it alone to try out HAFG run club. The people I got to meet are really lovely and patient. They made me feel welcome and were very encouraging throughout the whole experience. Looking forwards to next week already!
