I am so so glad I found a spin instructor in Edwina that brings such positive upbeat vibes, fun choreography and provides a balanced all-rounded spin workout. She’s new to Vicious Cycle but definitely not new to spin! LOVE her class and I’ll definitely sign up for her class again. You go, girl! If there’s a small thing I can add, it’s my first time at Vicious Cycle and the layout of the studio is quite odd. The front desk did not bother to show us around and so I had to figure out where’s the lockers and seats myself.
