    What a way to start your Tuesday! Jack’s energy is always amazing and he is constantly pushing you. Whenever you think you’ve got tread down he switches it up, making you push in the areas you may not feel as comfortable. I feel like it’s a true test of your fitness.     Instructor had fabulous energy- the ultimate hype woman. Workout itself made me feel a bit like a hamster on a wheel cos you need to use all your limbs and it’s quite repetitive. Class was in a dark flashy room but amazing views from the open gym. Facilities and amenities are nice but changing rooms are quite small for the size of the gym.

    I really like this gym! It’s small, friendly and not intimidating Buddha workouts are HARD! Love the burn and then build classes, they really work all muscle groups and the instructors I’ve had are super engaging! If I wasn’t moving house I’d join this gym! Facilities are clean and modern too.
