Whenever you think you’ve got tread down he switches it up, making you push in the areas you may not feel as comfortable. I feel like it’s a true test of your fitness. Class was in a dark flashy room but amazing views from the open gym. Facilities and amenities are nice but changing rooms are quite small for the size of the gym.
