We then got into pairs which was a great idea to keep each other motivated and make the workout more fun. I think it worked out as there was a person who had a similar fitness/age to me, and 3 other youngish guys. However, if I was in a group of 4 guys I think I would find it a bit daunting. The gym scheduled this class immediately right after another class, which meant we started a little late because the class before us needed time for everyone to pack up their mats etc. Hope the gym can consider having a short gap between two classes so both classes can start and end on time with buffer for people to clean and pack up equipment.
