The instructor was very upbeat and fun and did her best to teach the harder moves ahead of the song. Good workout, my heart rate was up, and the music was fun. I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow.ha

Bobby showed a level of care that I've always wanted by asking so many questions to get to know my situation better. During the massage he found pain points and worked on them until it no longer was painful. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage by asking if the temp was okay, if pressure was good, and if there were areas to avoid. I feel much better! Highly recommend!
