Great class for a Sunday morning! The instructor and assistant were both engaged and approachable. I loved how Erick took the time to explain and make sure we all had great form. Sometimes instructors take themselves too seriously and make yoga intimidating. Erick did a great job of balancing and making this a great learning environment. Perfect for a beginner or someone looking to go back to basics.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had being at a gym for the first time! Super intense workout, supportive people and an awesome coach (shoutout to Bob!) Be prepared to work, and have jelly legs by the end but leave feeling energized!
